42 yr old who claims to be the next big rapper

What's his thing you ask? He likes to go into the women's restroom. What's his excuse for doing it? He says, there's never any handsoap in the men's restroom, but there's always some in the women's restroom. Well, someone broke the dispenser in the men's restroom, so the soap leaks. The kicker- he likes to use the stall toilets in the women's restroom and he likes young women. I gave him a warning about using the women's restroom. The second time, I suspended him for knowingly using the women's restroom (no, he is not a tran$exual.) The suspension was for 7 days. His first day back was today. He did spend three of the last 7 days attempting to re-enter the library during the suspension. What does he do today? Immediately goes to the men's restroom and sings/raps at the top of his lungs. Library security had just been to the branch, so I had a staff member call them back. They get the patron and he starts lying. I need to get my bag, I left it in the restroom. I said, " No, quit lying, you left it unattended under the table." Mind you that is another violation because I have warned and suspened him regarding that. He managed to acquire another 3 day suspension.

Try where I study. Drug addicts coming in and making drug deals on their cell phones in full voice and in plain view of everyone. Security does nothing. Drug addicts arguing with each other over lost money and lost drugs. Security does nothing. People come in to sleep and snore. Security does nothing. People come in just for the WIFI and charge the cell phones while they watch youtube videos through speakers. Security does nothing. Teenagers playing music at full volume through their cell phones. Security does nothing. Teenagers screaming and laughing. Security does nothing. Kids stomping up and down the stairs. Security does nothing. People having cell phone conversations over speakerphone. Security does nothing. People come in not to read, but to come in groups of 4 and 5 to setup ipads and an entire days worth of food to waste the day watching movies (again through speakers). Security ....does....nothing.

At any given time here, you have about 2 or 3 people reading (or trying to read), 1 or 2 on laptops, you have 15 to 20 people on cell phones and 20 to 30 simply hanging out in the library. Then you have the ipad and lunch movie crowd that comes in a few times a week.

And this is EVERYDAY.
